For standard models, the lead time is usually 15 to 30 days after receiving the deposit. Customized machines may require additional time depending on the complexity of the modifications.
Do you provide training and installation support?
Absolutely. We provide comprehensive user manuals and operation videos. If needed, we can arrange online video training or send our engineers to your factory for on-site installation and operator training.
What is the warranty policy?
We typically offer a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. During this period, we will provide free replacement parts for any non-human damage and offer lifetime technical support.
